When you here me say-"you get a Kudo's" I am saying Good Job!

One day, I was doing my drive-by's checking on properties. One of my tenants was doing an especially good job on caring for her yard. I said to myself, "she deserves a KUDO'S." So, as I do my inside inspections, I take special note of the tenants who go far and beyond in caring for the home. I let them know how much both I and our owner appreciates them.
Next, the tenant is put into a drawing with all other KUDO's entries (The tenant does have to be up to date on their rental payments at the time.) We have the drawing two times a year. Past winners have won $50.00 gift certificates for dinner at local restaurants or coupon books for area activities.

Everyone cannot win, however, each tenant is appreciated greatly. Having tenants who care makes my job alot more enjoyable.
